What We Do
Since the beginning of its operation in 2008, DCL focuses on empowering the youth of Lebanon through non-formal and informal education. Recently, and due to the collapse of the Lebanese economy, volunteering and humanitarian aid have been added to our portfolio of projects, to reinforce the civic engagement of the young generation and help those in distress. In parallel, DCL has been actively involved in emergency response initiatives, enabling a rapid and coordinated response to emerging humanitarian needs.
Education
We empower the youth of Lebanon through educational programs that hone their skills while cultivating a sense of community, respect, self-worth, mutual understanding, and peace.
Food Security
In response to the economic collapse of Lebanon, we distribute food parcels to individuals or families in need, regardless of their nationality, gender, social status, or religion.
Emergency Response
During periods of conflict and the COVID-19 pandemic, DCL rapidly activated emergency response plans to ensure timely assistance and continuity of support to affected communities.
