“Support Beirut”: DCL’s Crowdfunding Initiative after the Beirut Port Explosion

Following the explosion in Beirut Port on the 4th of August 2020, DCL mobilized its local and international network to offer support to those in need. Our volunteers collected donations from the Lebanese in North Lebanon, while we also launched an online crowdfunding campaign through the Just Help platform, raising a substantial amount for the purchase of food boxes and medication for Beirut families in distress. A warm “Thank You!” to all of you who rushed to support our country in such a dark hour.
